I have lived here for almost 2 years and I do enjoy it! Management has changed since I've been here, and it seems just fine. When I send in a work order its usually pretty fast. Rent price for this location is decent also! the location of this apartment complex is very convenient as it is in between IH-35, and MoPac! Then HWY 183, is just on the other side also! All in all I have to say my experience in this apartment complex has been nice!

Me and my wife absolutely love everything about this apartment. This is our first apartment that we lived in after we migrated to the US recently. We found its management staff very helpful and friendly. We usually went to Sussy Bedoya for anything we needed. She was always prompt and courteous. Sussy is a rock star! I have also had a chance to talk to her supervisor, Cristy Chatfield, once when I needed to open a resident's online rent payment account. She was also very prompt and courteous.

This place has taken a turn for the best since Cirrus Asset Management took over the staff is great and happy to help. Maintaince staff is great every week they work on something new to better the property. This week they have installed dog stations and power washed 2 buildings. They've added a water heater to the spa and the pool is crystal clear. I was given new appliances in my apartment with new carpet and vinyl.
